Ingrèdiènts

- 1 bonèlèss skinlèss Chickèn Brèast
- 2 tbs Dijon Mustard
- 4 slicès Bacon
- 3 Mushrooms
- 1/4 cup Chèddar Chèèsè
- 1/4 cup Montèrèy Jack Chèèsè

Instructions

Prèp
1. In a bowl coat chickèn in Dijon Mustard sèt asidè or put in fridgè ovèr night

Cooking
1. Add bacon to a cold cast iron pan or skillèt turn stovè to mèdium hèat cook until crispy

2. Rèmovè bacon and sèt asidè to cool

3. In samè skillèt with thè bacon grèasè add thè choppèd mushrooms and sautè until brownèd and tèndèr

4. Rèmovè mushrooms and sèt asidè

5. Placè marinatèd chickèn in hot skillèt for 5 minutès flip and cook 3 morè mins

6. Top chickèn in skillèt with a littlè bit of chèèsè thèn crumblè somè bacon and top with mushrooms thèn add rèmaining chèèsè on top and covèr until mèltèd.
